David Dalka is a business development and online marketing strategy leadership and business strategy consultant who has created revenue and retention in exponential growth organizations which thrive on learning and innovating from customer listening. David develops timely, standardized and regimented client communications and metrics in regards to advertising, social media and financial services. He created sustainable competitive advantages via B2B account management relationships at BlackRock where he led teams that invented quantification and ROI metrics. Innovation of the client experience was driven by client feedback – he’s been practicing social media since 1995. David has experience in designing and driving change management in marketing and sales forces in both small and Fortune 500 organizations. BlackRock grew from 80 to 800 employees during his time there! After BlackRock, David worked in PPM America’s Chicago office.

David received an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business (Chicago GSB – Chicago Booth) and a BS from DePaul University in Chicago. Interests include building relationships through networking, conventions, sales, viral marketing, blogs and social media, search engine marketing, geo-location services/mobile search marketing, writing, business keynote speaking and acoustic guitar music.
