The presentation lasted several hours and was both interesting and transparent about the future direction of the company.<\/p>\n<p>This event coincided\u00a0with Yahoo!&#8217;s new home page launch\u00a0which is clearly designed to have the visitor not only linger but be engaged.\u00a0Lloyd Braun outlined the Yahoo! Media Group&#8217;s\u00a0current philosophy: &#8220;Leverage Yahoo!&#8217;s technology and global network to deliver the most innovative and engaging media experiences &#8211; for our audiences and advertisers.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>I really like the above statement because it shows that a customer focus on both\u00a0two fronts\u00a0&#8211; audiences and advertisers.\u00a0The focus on more relevant ads\u00a0matched with more relevant content is\u00a0interesting and several examples about significant ROI lift were outlined\u00a0during the presentation.
