David Dalka rejuvenates business leaders’ perspectives regarding business strategy and digital technology convergence. He advocates senior executive level digital business strategy integration to create a bias for action, revenue growth and market share capture. His insights consider business strategy and digital acumen as one to create confident, effective decision making and customer-focused business culture.

Dalka noticed several crucial strategic gaps between business operations and digital marketing while attending a search engine, digital and social media conference in 2005. The event triggered an immediate and ongoing fascination with how organizations struggle to adapt in the digital era. He attended numerous conferences filtering material via his background in maximizing bond cash flows and enabling real-time business decisions at BlackRock (BLK).

Dalka was a leader within BlackRock during the 80 to 800 employee growth phase. BlackRock, arguably the fastest growing and most transformational financial services company in history, pioneered financial services analytics that migrated client reporting from manual quarterly paper statements to continuous Internet delivery. Dalka led teams which created enterprise-wide real time decision making processes and numerous proprietary competitive advantages that made BlackRock an industry redefining leader. Experienced as an executive in financial services, high growth start ups and multiple industries as a strategy consultant, he instills confident rapid action regarding digital business strategy in those around him.

In addition to BlackRock, Dalka held leadership roles at Alliance Bernstein, PPM America and Keycorp, a Fortune 500 company. He completed an MBA at The University of Chicago after leaving the investment management industry following the events of September 11, 2001. A unique blend of experiences allows him to communicate digital concepts to audiences in a highly tailored fashion. Internationally recognized business leadership keynote speaker, he has spoken at conferences and corporate executive retreats across North America, Europe and Asia. As a consultant to senior level executives, investors and entrepreneurs, he inspires executives to attract and serve relevant target demographic customers to maximize business growth, revenue and cash flow.
