There is an easier way and its free to update your contacts. I recently published a review for this site ContactGorilla.com that is a new site that allows people to create an account for free to send out invitations to all your contacts from multiple email clients asking them to update their information. Then Contact Gorilla updates the corresponding email client, and once you are done you can delete your account and still have your money in your pocket.
