Yahoo! Leveraging Flickr Assets Wisely

Today Yahoo! noticed that some photos taken at the scene of the unfortunate Blacksburg, VA (Virginia Tech) shooting tragedy were posted on Flickr and immediately gave them Yahoo! front page placement as both a slideshow (and raw photos).
It would be nice if Yahoo! used Flickr more in this manner - even when it’s not a tragedy.
