There is some functionality that works better on the old maps in my opinion - particularly printed out driving directions. I haven't particularly noticed that business listings are any different - they all come from Yahoo! local, don't they? I like the panning feature and simple text box. However, I imagine I'm o the fringe of users when it comes tp running queries. Google Maps for the Treo also rocks.
