		<description>Great post, I second the nomination. Unfortunately we are trained to become robots in our educational system and coporations want to keep it that way. I think innovative companies have a huge advantage over the behemoths of yesteryear by taking actually hiring people that can think. You&#039;re right David, we need more of it and sooner than later!</description>
